1. Allergies
Our products contain, fruit oils, vegetable oils, seed oils, nut oils, tree nut oils, herb infused oils, fruits, vegetables, butters, herbs, seeds, essential oils, clay, dairy, stones, and essential oil blends. Some of our ingredients can fall under any of these categories and may cause an allergic reaction to some people. Please do not use our products if you have any allergies, or suspect you are allergic to any them. Do a skin patch test before using our products. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to any of our soaps, or products. We do offer custom soaps upon request, if the ingredients asked for are available.

2.Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and being in a pandemic, there are no refunds. All sales are final after shipping.
3. Damaged products
If you received damaged products, a picture should be taken immediately and emailed to us. Damaged boxes or envelopes are not considered damaged products. Products need to be mailed, with shipping at customers expense. After insurance claim has been placed and received, the customer will receive new products or a refund of the cost of products. Shipping is nonrefundable.

5. Payment
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of payment received. Our preferred method of payment is credit card. Orders placed on our site are encrypted with SSL (Security Socket Layer ) technology. That means our secure server encrypts all information you input to our cart before it is sent to us. This technology can be trusted to send information over the internet.
6. Credit Card
We accept credit card payments from the following merchants: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All credit cards are process through Squareup, a payment gateway system. This is absolutely the most secure way to process credit cards on the internet.
7. Shipping:
We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS on domestic orders. Other shipping options or carriers may be available by request at an additional charge. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. UPS orders are not deliverable to post office boxes. Due to the country's current situation, shipping may take longer, that is due to the USPS and is beyond our hands.
